Innovation drives the future -2025 High Quality Inspection of ZYSOLAR New Plant

ZYSOLAR Co., Ltd. was established in December 2022 to invest in the construction of an annual production base for 5GW photovoltaic modules and 8GW heterojunction photovoltaic cells in the High tech Zone of Jingdezhen. The project will be implemented in three phases. The first phase plans to invest 1 billion yuan, the second phase plans to invest 2.8 billion yuan, and the third phase plans to invest 1.2 billion yuan, with a total investment of 5 billion yuan.

The first phase has built a production line of a capacity of 2GW photovoltaic modules and 1GW heterojunction photovoltaic cells. In July 2023, the first phase of the 1GW production line equipment for the C04 # factory building, which integrates industry and education, has been installed and debugged, and the first module has been produced in the same month. Starting from August 2024, the production capacity of the 1GW module workshop in the first phase of the C04 # factory building has reached its full capacity.

To meet the production capacity requirements of the project, Jingdezhen High tech Zone has tailored a high-end new material industry base project for ZYSOLAR. The total investment of the project is about 660 million yuan, covering an area of about 219.70 acres and a total construction area of 180000 square meters. It is an important investment project in the field of new energy in Jingdezhen City, and the project was completed in June 2024. The project has invested in the construction of basic supporting facilities such as a multi story photovoltaic module plant A1, a single story photovoltaic production plant A2, a multi story research and development plant A4, and a shift building A5. At present, the new production line has completed the first board production, and the first phase of the project is planned to reach production by the end of 2025. After achieving the output value target, the company will start the construction of the second phase.
